It is with great regret that I have to record the death of Charles Edwards Page, which occurred on Nov 25, from Pleurisy and Pneumonia. He was captain of Football 1981-92 and a Pink at Cricket 1892 and left last election. He has been Head of H.B.B. during his last year at school. After leaving Westminster he had been studying at St. Thomas’s Hospital (not S. Bartholomew’s as stated in the Elizabethan). The funeral took place at Carshalton Nov 29, and several members of the school were present, being given leave off afternoon school for that purpose.
