T.BB vs Q.SS was played on Wednesday March 26th. As soon as the ball was started Pigott made a rush down the centre & scored the first goal for the T.BB; shortly afterwards he shot another from a hands in front of goals. The Q.SS. failed to obtain a goal from a “hands”; & Gibson soon raised the T.BB. score to 3. Not long after this Peck scored a neat goal for the Q.SS from a pass by Bethune . Before half time Peck for Q.SS & Hurst for T.BB added each to their respective score. When the ball was started again Symms obtained a third goal for College, which was avenged by Hurst. The T.BB were thus left victorious by 5-3. The teams were as follows –
