The testimonial which was been collected for G.W. Ginger, the School Bookseller, who retired at Christmas amounts to 44.5.6.
The lease of his house has been purchased by the Masters out of their own Reserve Fund, with the view of securing it to the School.
The Masters have also repaired the house to make it fit for School purposes. The College Porter and his wife have been put in charge. On the first floor two junior Masters occupy rooms. The upper floor will be given up to the Queen Scholars when the Sanatorium is filled with infectious cases. At other times friends of the Masters, or Examiners will be accommodated there, as required.
