A new Order of Prayer for Westminster School was published during the Midsummer Holidays- it is dedicated to the Queen and contains:
“Preces antiguae” – (now out of use)
Commendatis benefactorum;
The prayers said up School;
an order of daily morning service;
The Psalms, arranged for every day in two terms;
Collects, Epistles & Gospels;
Communion service;
Catechism & confirmation;
and a Hymnal, chiefly composed of Hymns by OWW.
The prayer book, which is excludingly well set up, is published in two editions, a larger & a smaller.
