F. J. Prothero beat H. Druitt, Barwell & Veitch bye, Stirling & Petrochino scratched. Second round: Wheeler beat Barwell, Prothero a bye. Veitch scratched. In the final Wheeler beat Prothero, the scores being 10-11, 11-16, 15-9.
