The Games Athletic Committee this term consisted of – C.C.J. Webb (capt), A.M.T. Jackson (Pr. Opp) secretary, A.E. Bedford (Treasurer), S.H. Clarke (Q.S), C.B. Tritton, R. Vavasseur Q.S. + R.A. Ingram.
The sports were held on October 11th + 12th. On the first day it was feared that the dense fog would prevent them being held, but about 11:30 it cleared up + proceedings began at 1.

In the Tug of War the T.BB. pulled the Q.SS. over the line twice running, & so won. The prizes were distributed by Mrs Farrar.
In spite of money considerations having compelled a reduction in the number of prizes we have every reason to be satisfied with the result of this year’s Athletic Sports.
