This term a Paperchase was got up. The fellows who joined it went by the Underground & changed at a public near Wimbledon Common. The keepers however seized the bags of paper when the hares had gone some way. A good run however was had. Higgins & Yglesias being given about 300 yds start. Yglesias was caught & Hewitt then joined Higgins & they led the hounds over about 8 miles of country. The Hares were not caught.
