On Saturday July 31st (1830) the fourth annual match between the Old Westminster Cricket Club and the present Westminsters was played in Tothill fields, when, in consequence of three of our best players being absent, they beat us singlehanded by one run.  This match had been already played in the previous week, when we won easily with 6 wickets to go down; but, as some of the Old Westminsters were absent, and their places had been supplied by Townboys, it was thought proper to play it over again.
