The new election of officers of the Debating Society were elected was made on Jan: 26th: and are is as follows:
President – H.R. James
Vice-President – W.L. Benbow
Secretary – F.E. Lewis
Under-Secretary – S. Bere
And the first debate was held on Thurd: Jan: 29th: C.W.R. Tepper being the mover.
