Phillimore (captain 1890-91) Hertford Scholarship, Oxford. 2nd (raven school, Oxford).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C.J. Hurst &amp; A.E. Balfour were high up in the Law Tripos at Cambridge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and by present Westminsters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C.F. Watherston&nbsp; Q.S. scholarship at Balliol, Oxford<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N. J.
