I have always thought &amp; still think that the system by which I became one of the School monitors was a mistaken one, &amp; i think there are still greater objections in the present instance. If Rutherford intends to put T.B.B. &amp; Q.S.S. on exactly the same footing on these matters, I think that he should confine his choice to boarders who are heads of houses.
